• Core shop concept defined: 24/7-oriented access, individual bays, real tools, project-focused
• About page documents full value stack (space, tools, mentorship, parts/delivery, member app)
• Membership model being shaped from real interest and feedback

• Physical shop build-out toward the multi-bay model
• Clearer membership access details as the space comes together
• Member app basics: bay schedule, profiles/onboarding, shop chat
• Parts & materials flow — order support and delivery/staging to the shop and bays
• YouTube channel to document the build of the business, our project cars, and member builds

Later

• Live primary shop camera for members
• Deeper member tools (project notes, order tracking, ops support)
• Expanded fabrication capability
• Community programs and mentorship in practice
• Ongoing video documentation of shop progress and real project work
